Abstract Submission: Add



  • Please read the guidelines on the “Abstract & Photo Contest Submission”page, before making your registration and submission.
  • The author (not invited speaker) can submit only one abstract for EAMC4. Two or more abstracts cannot be submitted.
  • Invited speakers (IS) may submit second abstract in addition to their invited talk. Please upload your IS Information document to “Upload abstract 1” and upload your additional abstract to “Upload abstract 2”. Please note that invited speakers must still register and pay for the EAMC4 registration fee.

  • Abstracts and Photos will be reviewed by the program committee for acceptance.
  • EAMC4 acceptance confirmation email will specify whether you need to pay for the meeting registration.
  • After having submitted your abstract, you will receive an immediate automatic confirmation by email. (Please make sure to state your correct email address!)
