Registration Fee and Payment Information

All Participants, excluding Plenary, Keynote and Invited Speakers of the EMAC4, are required to pay the appropriate registration fees. All payments must be made in NTD. Acceptable forms of payment are: Credit Card and Bank Remittance.

Virtual participant (student) NTD 3,500 (~USD 100)

Virtual Registration includes

Online access to all presentations, digital access to poster presentations, and official conference abstract book and proceedings.

Definition of Student

A student must be enrolled in an educational institution up to Ph.D. level and have a valid student ID. If you register as a student, please bring your student ID when you pick up your name tag. You could not apply for student registration without evidence you are a student.

  • If the registration cannot be accepted by online credit card payment, you can transfer the registration fee through the bank remittance.

  • After the payment, please download and fill out the attached file, EAMC4 Register Offline Payment File（540Kb）, and then return it to the Registration Office of EAMC4 through eamc4secretariat@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, EAMC4 has no refund for the entire registration fee.

  • Plenary and Keynote speakers do not have to register on-line.
